All of our products display a "Real Time" stock position or estimated delivery lead times. If an item is in stock, it will be despatched for a next working day delivery, when ordered before cut-off.

Please call our Sales Office for delivery dates on all other items.

Our servers will not work with Internet Explorer 8 or below and other older browsers due to security issues. If you should experience any difficulties, please call our office to place your order.

We have no minimum order value or quantity, we are happy to process any order size and value.

No, all our prices are Ex VAT, VAT will be added at the checkout and is charged at the standard rate. If, however you are outside of the UK and can supply a valid EORI number, VAT will not be charged on your order. We can only deliver to a company and not a home address outside of the UK.

For orders placed before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday and 1.00pm Friday, if the items are in stock they will be despatched the same day, for a next working day delivery. The cost of carriage for UK mainland is £6.99 + VAT.

If the goods are out of stock at the time of order the delivery time will be confirmed by email, the carriage charge of £6.99 still applies, once in stock, your order will be sent on a next working date delivery service. All orders are despatched in full.

We do not despatch on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Our standard shipping method is UPS they can deliver up to 7.00pm at night and a signature will be required. We reserve the right to change shipping methods at anytime.
Standard delivery times are next working day to most areas in the UK (for details of exclusions please contact the office). UPS Next day is selected for all UK Parcels. On the rare occasions that the delivery agent delays the parcel, this is outside of the remit of Good Hand UK Ltd and should be raised with the delivery agent directly. Whilst we will do everything in our power to resolve this, UPS investigations can take between 24 – 48 hours.

Extra costs might be incurred for remote areas of the UK, if this is the case you will be notified prior to delivery.

For shipments outside the UK different charges apply.

For deliveries to EU countries we can only delivery to a business address with a valid EORI number. When the items get to Customs, UPS will email for taxes/duties to be paid before the goods will be released and delivered.

If duties are not paid UPS will return the goods. If this happens we will not resend the goods, a credit will be issued minus any charges incurred.,

Our only means of delivery is via UPS which is tracked, we are unable to post any items. Alternatively click and collect is an option from our Milton Keynes Warehouse.

Yes as per the T&C's of UPS a signature is required as standard. You can advise UPS of delivery instructions which may result in a signature not being required. UPS will send you an email at which point you can login to advise of any delivery instructions or alterations. In the case of residential properties if there is not a person of over 18 to receive the parcel it may be re-scheduled for delivery or shipped to your local UPS Access Point. An Access Point is a local store or convenience for you to collect at a time to suit you. For more information on this please visit www.ups.com.

You can pay via the bank by bacs or transfer. We can take credit/debit cards payments over the telephone or through our website and our website also accepts paypal payments.

Yes we do and it is free to download. To find the data please click on each product. The CAD drawings that are available are STP, IGS and DWG, all drawings are in metric and in MM unless stated otherwise.

All return of goods must be notified to Good Hand UK within 14 days of receipt, prior to their return. Our sales team will forward a copy of our returns form, this must be signed and included with any returned goods. We are unable to accept any goods without a valid returns form. Goods Must be returned within 14 days of an issued returns form. Any returns outside the outlined returns window may be rejected or be subject to a restocking fee.
