Our range of Exair air knives produce a quiet, hard-hitting curtain of air for blowoff, cleaning, drying and cooling.
Two types of Exair Compressed Air Knives are available: "Super" & "Standard". Each Exair air knife is available in Aluminium, Stainless Steel in Grades 305 and 316 and Plastic materials.
Air Knives are available in fixed air lengths from 75mm to 3000mm long.
We also supply compressed air knives in other styles and materials. We also manufacture many air knives built to your specification.
Which air knife do I require?
Super air knives are the best option for most applications. The air consumption is more efficient compared to the Standard Air Knife.
Unlike the Standard Air Knife, Super Air Knives are quieter and do not have dead air flow space at each end of the air knife. Instead the curtain of air runs all along the length of the knife.
